Service Desk/Technical Support Analyst
Responsible for delivery of IT service desk and technical support. The Service Desk/ Technical Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the smooth flow of IT department by providing technical assistance to end users, helping with troubleshooting and improving the work environment for all employees with a customer service approach. The Service Desk/ Technical Support Analyst will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a minimum of one year experience in a similar position, preferably as a Service Desk/ Technical Support Analyst, and have a Microsoft Certification designation or equivalent experience.
