Annex recently completed a successful CEO executive search for a not-for-profit organization. The engagement began with a workshop for Board members to review Annex’s executive recruitment process, finalize the CEO job description and define key outcomes for the position. Annex created a sourcing strategy deliverable outlining our approach for targeting relevant candidates. Hundreds of people were screened using a detailed, multi-stage evaluation process resulting in a short-list of candidates submitted to the client. Annex trained the client’s selection committee how to conduct CEO interviews, then facilitated first interviews and the subsequent voting process. The top candidates participated in second interviews then Annex led the anonymous voting process to select the preferred candidate. Annex completed detailed background checks and facilitated the presentation and negotiation of the offer. The entire process from initial workshop to accepted offer took only seven weeks.
Annex builds talented teams for our clients. We currently have a development team working at our transportation industry client. The team is responsible for transitioning an in-house custom built CRM to a new Cloud solution. It involves a significant amount of business analysis, architectural work, design, implementation, data migration and support, and utilizing a variety of technologies.
Did you know Annex works on non-IT roles too? We recently placed a full-time, permanent HR Manager at one of our industry leading clients. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Management and a vibrant team of five HR professionals and front desk staff. They will be managing everything from training and succession to policy development and occupational health and wellness. Annex looks forward to working together with the HR Manager on further opportunities.
