Annex has project managers who specialize in managing software system assets either for in-house application support or third-party outsourced environments.
Commercial Software Implementation Projects
Annex manages commercial software package implementations, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enterprise content management systems, and other “off-the-shelf" software applications. We manage the definition of requirements, evaluation of vendor products, selection of a preferred vendor, and implementation of the chosen package.
Technology Deployment Projects
Our infrastructure PMs manage technology deployment projects such as wide area network implementation, server operating system migrations, PC operating system migrations, office productivity tool migrations, email migrations, server roll-outs, PC roll-outs, and other technical infrastructure projects.
Business Projects
Annex manages business projects that may not include technology components, such as implementation of new business processes, organizational change management, office moves and facilities decommissioning. If you have a business project to get done, we can manage it.
Project Management Offices (PMOs)
A PMO provides governance, oversight, control and support through the application of project management disciplines at project, program and enterprise levels. Our senior project management practitioners are experienced with designing, implementing, and running PMOs. We prepare project management methodologies and best practices for enterprise-wide deployment.
Our PMO consultants provide project management training and ongoing mentorship to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of the PMO.
Project Management Training
The Annex Learning Centre offers public, private and customized learning workshops on project management. Our workshop leaders are senior industry practitioners and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to participants following the workshop as a no-charge, value-added service.
