This hands-on workshop includes theory, hand-outs of practical example deliverables for reference
and to assist in learning, hands-on exercises that will reinforce learnings that are targeted towards
you learning and practicing all aspects of selecting systems, and reviews at the end of each section
that includes a question/answer period that further reinforces key concepts and learnings.
Participants are grouped into teams that will work through the workshop together as in “real-world”
project environments. During the workshop each team plans a project using the tools and techniques
presented in the workshop, enabling participants to experience the process of collaborative planning
and see its effectiveness firsthand.
