Denise Holleran-Boswell / Managing Partner, Learning Centre Operations

Denise is a management consultant with over 30 years of industry experience as a practicing project manager, management consultant, and workshop leader. She has personally developed project management methodologies and workshop materials of the highest calibre.

Denise is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive and varied industry experience at the national and international levels. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is the current President of the Society of PMPs of Greater Vancouver. She also acts as an advisor to UBCs Business Systems Analysis Certificate Program.

As the Managing Partner, Annex Learning Centre Operations, Denise manages the company's day-to-day operations. She brings years of practical experience to her role having not only managed, audited and rescued multi-million dollar projects but also having trained many project managers in her day. She will help ensure that workshop leaders and workshop materials always meet industry-best standards. Denise will also focus on building client relationships, dedicating herself to ensuring clients' needs are met by the Annex Learning Centre workshops.

Stacey Cerniuk / Partner, Sales & Marketing

Stacey Cerniuk is the founder, President and CEO of Annex Consulting Group Inc., a Vancouver-based IT professional services company specializing in applications development, project management, network infrastructure and management consulting.

Stacey has 20 years of IT industry experience as a practicing project manager, business analyst, management consultant and entrepreneur. He has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2000 and acts as an advisor to UBC's Project Management Certificate Program which recently won the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE) Award of Excellence. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Society of PMPs of Greater Vancouver.

In his role as Partner, Sales & Marketing for the Annex Learning Centre, Stacey will develop and lead the sales and marketing initiatives. He communicates the Annex Learning Centre's vision and strategy and to establish greater awareness of our unique learning proposition. With his excellent communication and leadership skills and his extensive ties to the broader business community, Stacey focuses on developing strong relationships with clients. He is committed to helping companies achieve their specific goals and objectives through Annex Learning Centre's unique workshop offerings.
