Referral Program

Due to our industry-leading customer satisfaction rating, 95% of all Annex projects are based on referrals and repeat business with existing clients.

The first example is a project referral. Refer a project, and if Annex is awarded the business, you will receive $2 per hour from every consultant working on the engagement. The second example is a consultant referral. Refer an IT professional and receive $1 per hour when we use that individual on a contract assignment. The consultant referral is applicable on every project that uses your referred colleague, not just the first assignment.

Annex pays fees for referrals to permanent employment opportunities and referrals to individuals who are successfully placed in permanent employment positions.

Finally, Annex pays fees for referrals to customers who engage The Annex Learning Centre in private or custom training initiatives. Annex also pays fees for referring individuals who enroll in the public workshops offered by The Annex Learning Centre.

Program Termination: Annex reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw the Annex referral program at anytime, without notice to its participants. Program participants are deemed to have acknowledged this condition once a referral payment under this program has been received from Annex.
