The first example is a project referral. Refer a project, and if Annex is awarded the business, you will receive $2 per hour from every consultant working on the engagement. The second example is a consultant referral. Refer an IT professional and receive $1 per hour when we use that individual on a contract assignment. The consultant referral on every project that uses your referred colleague, not just the first one.
Annex pays fees for referrals to permanent employment opportunities and referrals to individuals who are successfully placed in permanent employment positions.
Finally, Annex pays fees for referrals to customers who engage The Annex Learning Centre in private or custom training initiatives. Annex also pays fees for referring individuals who enroll in the public workshops offered by The Annex Learning Centre.
