Mission for Recruiter
To find the best available candidates for Annex contract and permanent opportunities by leveraging Annex’s applicant tracking system and executing other recruitment tactics, while building long-term relationships with Annex Alliance consultants.
This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer at Annex.
Desired Outcomes
- Achieve recruitment goals annually in line with Annex growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with all top calibre Annex Alliance consultants.
- Complete monthly service management with every placed consultant.
- Grow Alliance in key geographic markets using innovative recruiting channels to identify new people, focusing on top calibre consultants.
- Attend 1 networking event per month that focuses on consultants.
- Use the Annex ATS/CRM to capture all recruiting information.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruiter, preferably in Vancouver.
- University level education or equivalent work related experience.
- Information technology (IT) industry experience.
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
- Well presented to customers and consultants.
- Excellent coordination, organization and time management skills.
- Compatible personality – culture fit within Annex is important.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills or better.
- Experience using an ATS/CRM system as a sales/recruitment tool.
