President's Message

I have dedicated over 20 years to the information technology industry in general and a decade of that to building, incrementally and carefully, the best professional services organization I could. My passion for the industry and my strong belief that Annex is only as good as its last project, have fundamentally shaped the way I lead this company.

Perhaps most importantly, I am personally dedicated to ensuring each and every customer is satisfied. The fact that 99% of our projects are for repeat clients or referred customers is testament to this. Quite simply, at Annex we work hard to exceed client expectations on every project.

We do this by:

• Cultivating and nurturing the highest quality IT and business consulting talent available in our marketplace;
• Hand-picking the best people for each project from the Annex Alliance based on skills, experience, availability, price and personality;
• Assigning a project manager to every engagement;
• Applying industry best practices to deliver quality results;
• Leveraging our background and understanding of information technology; and
• Delivering all of this at very competitive prices.

I'm proud to say that these fundamental principles have resulted in an overall 97% customer satisfaction rating across 900 projects since we were established in 1998.
