Mission for Client Manager

Account management:  To build strong relationships with new strategic clients, to maintain long-term relationships with existing strategic clients, and to identify and close opportunities for Annex within these accounts.

Recruiting:  To find the best available candidates for Annex contract and permanent opportunities by leveraging our recruitment system and executing other recruitment tactics, while building long-term relationships with Annex Alliance consultants.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer at Annex.

Desired Outcomes

Account Management:

  1. Contribute to a 3 year growth plan by achieving annual revenue targets.
  2. Identify qualified sales opportunities for Annex service offerings.
  3. Achieve gross margin targets on sales.
  4. Use the Annex strategic sales process to prospect and conduct research meetings.
  5. Use the Annex strategic sales process to conduct presentations to prospects and strategic clients.
  6. Create and execute a Strategic Account Management Plan for Top 5 clients.
  7. Attend relevant networking and industry events to grow Annex relationships and brand awareness.

Recruiting:

  1. Identify qualified consultants for Annex opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with top calibre Annex Alliance consultants.
  3. Complete service management with customers and consultants.
  4. Grow the Annex Alliance in key geographic markets using innovative recruiting channels to identify new people.
  5. Use the Annex CRM/ATS to capture all sales and recruiting information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruiter or combination Account Manager and Recruiter.
  • University level education or equivalent work related experience.
  • Understanding of strategic selling is an asset.
  • Information technology (IT) industry experience.
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well presented to customers and consultants.
  • Excellent coordination, organization and time management skills.
  • Compatible personality – culture fit within Annex is important.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills or better.
  • Experience using a CRM/ATS system as a sales/recruitment tool.
